Would you like to add youth, energy and talent to your workforce? Taking on a young apprentice has lots of rewards for business. Under the National Apprenticeship Scheme, apprentices aged between 16 and 18 qualify for fully funded apprenticeship training which means the only cost you you is the young person's wages.

Typically, apprenticeships last around a year, and at the end of the training the young person receives a nationally recognised qualification. Training for many apprenticships takes place “on the job” which means that there is very little time away from work.
